Provide quality services to both member and Credit Union staff
Review services related reports and perform changes, charge fees and make adjustments
Verify risk transactions with member or merchant
Process all electronic service transactions
Review credit or debit card status and perform card/account maintenance
Process Lost/Stolen Card Report
Process ATM deposits and handling large item notification and extending hold on deposit
Determine and peruse chargeback, good faith or insurance claim on member dispute. This is including obtain support documents and resolve dispute.
Balance and post daily settlements and handle exception items
Handling new or reissue card orders and inventory
Perform other duties as assigned
