Call/Service Center Representative I
Call Center Manager
Level 13 - $2,490.84 – $3,736.26 Monthly
Provide quality service to members by answering incoming telephone calls. Efficiently prepare and process all member requests, including withdrawals, consumer loan payments, cash advances, bank wires, transfers and account updates.
•
Provide quality service to membership.
• Conduct telephone interviews and cross sell all credit union share and loan products, including plastic card services, electronic and new services as they are introduced.
• Accept loan applications, input information and communicate loan decisions to members.
• Conduct research on check holds, returned items, fees and charges, payroll administration and general share and loan questions.
• Follow through on all commitments and member requests.
• Prepare mail correspondence
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum one-year experience in a telemarketing or call center environment. Knowledge of credit union products and services preferred. Familiarity with the function of loan processing and documentation is also desired.
A thorough knowledge of Credit Union products and services, policies and procedures. Ability to provide prompt and professional telephone service. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and maintain accurate records. Ability to perform 10 key, computer and calculator operations. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with, problem solving and math skills. Willing to work overtime as needed.
Work Hours may be scheduled Monday through Saturday, (split schedule).
