POSITION: Member Services Representative FT

REPORTS TO: Member Services Manager

SALARY RANGE: Level 12 - $1,991.25 to $ 2,986.87 monthly (DOE)

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Provide quality service to members and assist with them financial transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Respond to member inquiries and resolve complaints and concerns in a timely professional manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•   Provide quality service to members
•   Perform various back office transactions, including processing mail          deposits and loan payments
•   Maintain accurate transaction records
•   Balance cash and other items daily
•   Cross-sell all other credit union products and services
•   Other duties as assigned

PREREQUISITES FOR POSITION

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous teller experience preferred.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to provide prompt, professional service. Proficient in the use of calculators and computers. An understanding of laws and regulations related to the teller function are desirable. The work schedule will include Saturday hours.
