Fixed Rate Mortgage
With our Fixed Rate Mortgages your rate will be fixed for the entire term of the loan, so your mortgage payment will be the same every month. Choose from Jumbo or Conforming, owner-occupied or non owner-occupied loans with a variety of terms. To secure your interest rate, take advantage of our 60 day rate lock.

Adjustable Rate Mortgage
With an Adjustable Rate Mortgage, the interest rate on this loan will be fixed for a stated period of time and will then become adjustable for the remainder of the loan. For example, a 5 year fixed (30 year) loan would have a fixed interest rate for the first five years and then convert to an adjustable rate for the remaining 25 years. This is also an attractive choice when the fixed rate market is high.
