Unfortunately, payment cannot be made to the following: governmental agencies, tax entities, collection agencies, court-ordered payments such as alimony, child support, speeding tickets, etc.., payees outside of the United States, payees located in the Armed Forces Postal Codes such as AE and AP, and to settle securities transactions.

Flexible Scheduling Options
With flexible scheduling options, you can make a one time payment, manual payments where you designate the payment amount and date each month, or automatic recurring payments where the bill is automatically paid the same amount on the same day each month.
