UPDATE YOUR RECORDS - Protect yourself from fraud and identity theft
San Francisco Federal Credit Union takes great steps to protect your privacy. That's why we now monitor your cards 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and immediately notify you of any suspicious activity on your credit and debit cards. Update your contact information today, so you can be reached in the event of fraudulent card activity. Update your information today with one of the three options below:
  1. Call (415) 775-5377, option 4
  2. Visit www.SanFranciscoFCU.com (This option is for Bill Payer users only.)
  3. Instructions for Bill Payer Users:

    • Once you click on "Pay Bills", then click on the "alerts" button.
    • Next, click on "send message" and type "update records" in the subject box.
    • Next, include a daytime and evening phone number (including area code), and mother's maiden name in the text box.
    • Finally, click on "submit message".
  4. Visit one of our branches

When updating your records by phone or in a branch, please provide the following:

  • Name
  • Member Number
  • Daytime Phone: (including area code)
  • Evening Phone: (including area code)
  • Mother's Maiden Name
