We are a high performing and empowered team of individuals serving the communities within the Bay Area by providing innovative solutions that bring peace of mind and inspire relationships.
Established in 1954, San Francisco Federal Credit Union is a competitive financial institution. We offer a wide range of financial products and services, intent on making our members’ financial lives as easy as possible.
Originally chartered to exclusively serve the employees of the City and County of San Francisco, today we serve the communities of both San Francisco and San Mateo Counties. Anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in San Francisco or San Mateo Counties can open an account or apply for a loan with us.
At San Francisco Federal Credit Union, we don’t fill jobs—we launch careers. Our employees are enthusiastic, dedicated and driven. We seek individuals with fresh ideas, positive energy and solid professionalism who mirror our core values, to:
- Partner More
- Own More
- Serve More
- Be More
These values are demonstrated both within our organization and in the relationships we have with the communities we serve. If you’re up to the task of providing consistently great member service and taking on new challenges each day, we want to hear from you. Join the revolution and let’s launch your career together.
Our CommunityShare Program allows employees to get an inside look at local communities and give back to causes that are especially important to members and staff. We give back through donations, employees’ volunteerism, and fundraising activities.
In 2019 employees donated over 1,372 hours to various community organizations. Volunteering as a team is a great way to build relationships with co-workers and make a difference in our community. Some of the organizations we have supported include:
