With a strong background in commercial real estate (CRE) and member business lending (MBL), John McCurdy brings extensive expertise in driving strategic growth within the credit union industry. He has developed and managed successful CRE lending programs, enhancing member services and expanding business opportunities. Beyond his career, John is a committed community leader, having founded a nonprofit that raised over $500,000 to support local children. His dedication to financial empowerment and community impact defines his leadership approach.

Katrina Williams joined the Credit Union as a member of the Supervisory Committee in July 2020. She is the Director of Human Resources for the San Francisco Human Services Agency (HSA). Katrina’s professional experience in human and social services spans 20 years and includes social work, coaching, training, organizational development, and policy. Since 2019, Katrina has served as the co-chair of the Bay Area Social Services Consortium’s Human Resources Committee (BASSC/BAHRC) and as a Board Member with the San Francisco Municipal Executives’ Association.

Kelly is a dynamic financial leader with over 20 years of experience in commercial lending, relationship management, and operational efficiency. She joined San Francisco Federal Credit Union 12 years ago, gaining hands-on experience across consumer lending, commercial banking, and member services. With extensive expertise in loan origination, risk management, and process optimization, Kelly drives growth and empowers teams. Now leading consumer lending and digital banking, she delivers innovative solutions that meet members’ evolving needs.

Kirk Yee is an accomplished financial professional with expertise in commercial analysis, portfolio management, and small business lending. With nearly a decade in the credit union industry and prior experience in banking, financial advising, and equity research, he delivers data-driven insights to support business growth and lending strategies. Holding a degree in biochemistry and molecular biology, Kirk brings a unique analytical approach to financial services, ensuring sound decision-making and tailored solutions for members and businesses.

Linda Mason’s illustrious career in the public sector, distinguished by over fifteen years of unwavering dedication to public service, epitomizes her deep commitment to enhancing community welfare and governance. Luenna Kim is a long-time member of the San Francisco Federal Credit Union. She has worked in the public sector for over 20 years – currently serving as a chief human resources officer for a public health department. Prior to that, she was a labor relations manager, public defender, legal recruiter, and human resources director for a public school district and a charter management organization. She is committed to social justice and equal access to jobs, education, housing, and healthcare.
